Forever home wanted, meet Annabel!
Annabel came into the shelter as a stray mid February . It was easy to see she recently had a litter of puppies but there weren’t any with her. She was very confused and scared in the shelter. When the shelter reaches out for help with a dog like Annabel, they’re on borrowed time. Well, we weren’t going to let anything happen to Annabel so we got her out of the shelter when a foster stepped up to help.
Annabel's foster says
Annabel is an all around great girl. She has a medium level of energy. In the morning she always has a spurt of energy, which is very cute, like she’s happy for the day! But then she’s chill most of the day. She was good around the kids she has met. She’s a doll and a big attacher, loves her people. She does well with all the foster's dogs, takes her treats nicely, eats well with the other dogs, sleeps in her crate all night and is just pretty wonderful. Her only “working on it” is meeting dogs when on leash. She’s fine around and with other dogs but nose to nose on leash not her favorite (as is common with many pups).
If you are interested in meeting Annabel, fill out an application at www.labradorsandfriends.org. Annabel is located in Southern California.
