After surviving on the streets, sweet Tessa (formerly Keona/Norah) and her three puppies are finally safe thanks to the amazing efforts of our rescue team and foster hero! This devoted mama did everything she could to protect her little ones, but she needed a helping hand to get off the streets and into a loving home.

Tessa is a stunning 3-year-old, 38 lb brindle shepherd mix. She’s shy but incredibly sweet, and she’s shown she can be dog-friendly with other strays. Right now, she’s still learning to trust, but with love and patience, we know she’ll blossom into the amazing companion she was meant to be.

Her puppies—Tucker, Emme, and Lucy —are 14-week-old bundles of joy, full of love and curiosity! These little ones are ready to start their lives in a safe and loving home.
