My name is Darla.

Foster or Forever Home Wanted: Meet Darla!!!

Darla recently found herself as a stray at a local shelter. Sadly her family never came for her and we’ll never understand why. She entered the shelter with a significant case of flea dermatitis, then she developed kennel cough and was listed for immediate euthanasia.  When no other rescue stepped up to help, we knew we had to act.  Darla is now safe with us, getting the medical care she needs and is in the market for a foster or better yet forever home.  Darla is your average 2 year old 60 pound active goofy lab mix.  Even stuck wearing a cone she’s a bubbly girl that just wants to say hello and love all people and dogs.  Darla would love to find a real family this time around who will love and cherish for her.  If that family sounds like yours, email dogs@labradorsandfriends.org or fill out our online application at www.labradorsandfriends.org Darla is located in Southern California.
