Foster or Forever home wanted!!!!  Meet Rocket the Puppy!!!!  

Rocket recently entered the shelter system as a stray. Why his family never came for him, we’ll never understand.  At the shelter Rocket was shy and scared (who wouldn’t be) and then caught a doggie cold and was quickly listed for euthanasia. When we heard about Rocket we couldn’t say “no.”  Rocket is now safe with us, on a week or two of basic meds for his doggie cold and looking for a foster or better yet forever home.  Outside the shelter Rocket is your usual happy-go-lucky puppy (no fear or shyness here) who loves all people and dogs.  Rocket is a happy, 7 month old lab mix puppy around 35 pounds.  He’ll likely grow into the 45-50 pound range so he’s petite.  Like all young dogs, Rocket is looking for a family that is committed to training and socialization to help him grow into the best dog possible.  If Rocket sounds like the right dog for your family email dogs@labradorsandfriends.org or fill out our online application at www.labradorsandfriends.org  Rocket is located in Southern California.
